How CheeseKingz collects, uses, stores and protects website, account, game, community and transaction data.

Depending on how you use CheeseKingz, we may process player names, Minecraft UUIDs or other game-platform identifiers, email addresses, account preferences, language, public profile fields, social links, Twitch identity, IP/security logs, server session data, gameplay statistics, achievements, Teams, Groups, chat messages, player reports, moderation records, purchase references, subscription state, shipping information for merchandise, support messages and technical logs.
2. Automatically created player profiles
When you join a connected game server, the server plugin may send your player identifier, name and gameplay data to CheeseKingz so a player page, live server view, achievements and leaderboards can operate. A profile can exist before you claim a website account.
3. Why we use data
We use data to operate game servers and accounts, verify players, provide purchased entitlements, calculate statistics and leaderboards, display live server information, prevent cheating and abuse, investigate reports, provide support, process subscriptions and merchandise, improve performance, secure the service, comply with law and communicate service information.
4. Legal bases
Where European data-protection law applies, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the community, consent for optional features, and legal obligations. The appropriate basis depends on the specific processing activity.
5. Public information
Player names, selected gameplay statistics, leaderboard positions, achievements, game Groups, Teams, linked socials and ban information may be publicly visible where the feature requires it or the account settings permit it. Email addresses, passwords, payment credentials and private support data are not intended for public display.
6. Short-term server telemetry
Detailed live server/session telemetry shown on server pages is kept for up to seven days and then automatically removed. Day-top views use recent telemetry, including the last 24 hours. Permanent career statistics and leaderboard records are stored separately and are not automatically deleted with the seven-day telemetry window.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal or another displayed payment provider. CheeseKingz does not need your PayPal password or full card number. We receive transaction identifiers, status, amount, payer information supplied by the processor and, for physical merchandise, shipping information necessary for fulfilment.
8. Twitch, Discord and social links
Optional integrations may send or receive data from the platform you choose to connect. Public external links are treated as outbound links. Disconnecting an integration stops future connected functionality but may not erase data already required for audit, security or transaction records.
9. Cookies and local storage
CheeseKingz uses essential session/security cookies and may use local storage for interface preferences such as sidebar state. Optional analytics or marketing cookies should only be enabled in accordance with the Cookie Policy and applicable consent requirements.
10. Retention
Retention varies by purpose. Live server telemetry is limited to seven days. Security, moderation, transaction, accounting and legal records may need longer retention. Account and persistent gameplay records may remain while the service is active or until deletion is appropriate, subject to legal and anti-abuse requirements.
11. Security
CheeseKingz uses layered technical measures including access controls, CSRF protection, secure session settings, rate limiting, request validation, signed game-server APIs, restricted uploads, password hashing and infrastructure hardening. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable data, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations.
13. Children and younger users
Game communities can attract younger users. Age and parental-consent requirements vary by country and by connected platform. Parents and guardians should review the Parents & Younger Players Policy. CheeseKingz should not knowingly collect more information from children than is necessary for the service.
14. International providers
Third-party providers may process data in other countries. Their own privacy policies and lawful transfer mechanisms apply to their processing.
