Terms of Service
Rules governing use of the CheeseKingz website, accounts, communities, game servers, digital products and services.
Last updated: August 23, 20261. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing CheeseKingz, creating or claiming an account, joining a connected game server, buying a product, participating in a Team or Group, or using the forum, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms yourself, a parent or legal guardian must do so for you where required by applicable law.
2. CheeseKingz accounts and player profiles
A public player profile may be created automatically when a connected game server first receives your player name or platform identifier. Website membership is created when the eligible player claims that profile through the supported in-game account flow. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and may not sell, share, impersonate or fraudulently claim another person's account.
3. Game servers
CheeseKingz currently supports Minecraft Survival, Minecraft Hardcore and Minecraft Hunger Games and may add, remove or change games and servers. Server rules, balancing, maps, seasons, kits, ranks, virtual economies and technical features may change when reasonably necessary for gameplay, security, moderation, maintenance or legal compliance.
4. Hardcore
Hardcore is designed around the one-life concept. Death can end a current life, run, season or access state according to the rules shown for that server. Any separately sold revival or recovery product is governed by its product description and the Digital Items Policy.
5. Hunger Games
Hunger Games is a competitive last-player-standing game mode. Kits provide abilities or access described in the Shop but do not guarantee wins, rankings, matchmaking outcomes or uninterrupted availability. Gameplay may be rebalanced to protect fair competition.
6. Purchases, memberships and subscriptions
Prices, billing periods and included benefits are displayed before checkout. Recurring memberships continue until cancelled through the CheeseKingz account panel or applicable PayPal controls. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally reverse a period already paid for. Digital products are subject to the Refund Policy and Digital Items Policy.
7. No refunds for kits and memberships
Hunger Games kits, game memberships, ranks, subscriptions, Claim Points, Chest Keys, revives and comparable digital entitlements are non-refundable once purchased or delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law or CheeseKingz confirms a duplicate charge or technical non-delivery. Where consumer law provides a withdrawal right for digital content, checkout may ask you to request immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right can be lost once digital performance begins.
8. Physical merchandise and affiliate products
CheeseKingz merchandise may have separate shipping, return and statutory consumer rights. Affiliate products are sold by the external retailer, not CheeseKingz; the retailer's terms, delivery, warranty and return rules apply.
9. Community conduct
You may not cheat, hack, exploit bugs, harass others, evade bans, distribute malware, attack the network, automate abusive requests, manipulate rankings, submit false reports, post illegal material or interfere with another player's account. The Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
10. Moderation
CheeseKingz may warn, mute, suspend, remove content, revoke community privileges or ban accounts/players when reasonably necessary to enforce rules or protect the service. Ban reasons may appear on public player profiles where configured. Appeals can be submitted through Support.
11. User content
You retain ownership of screenshots, posts and other content you lawfully own. By uploading it to a public CheeseKingz feature, you grant CheeseKingz a non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize and distribute that content as necessary to operate the service. You must have the rights required to upload it.
12. Availability and changes
Online services cannot be guaranteed to run without interruption. Maintenance, attacks, third-party outages, game updates, platform changes or technical failures may affect availability. CheeseKingz may change, suspend or discontinue features while seeking to preserve paid entitlements where reasonably possible.
13. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CheeseKingz is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or particular gameplay outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Third-party platforms
Minecraft, Microsoft/Mojang, PayPal, Discord, Twitch, phpBB, Amazon, Roblox and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. CheeseKingz is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless explicitly stated otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and, where appropriate, an account or website notice. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
