Information for parents and guardians about accounts, public profiles, purchases and community features.
Last updated: August 23, 2026Game-linked profiles
A player page may be generated from public/operational game identity and gameplay statistics when a player joins a connected server. Claiming the web account adds additional member functionality.
Public community features
Profiles, leaderboards, Teams, Groups, streams and forum participation can make selected usernames and gameplay information visible publicly. Younger players should avoid publishing real-world addresses, telephone numbers, school details or other sensitive personal information.
Purchases
Parents and guardians should supervise purchases where appropriate. Kits and memberships are digital products and are non-refundable after purchase/delivery except where mandatory law or the Refund Policy provides otherwise.
Safety and reporting
Use player reporting or Support to report harassment, cheating, inappropriate content or safety concerns. Serious immediate safety risks should be handled through the appropriate local authorities rather than only through a game report.
